Well, the rain came today. The wood shed is not done yet but the wood is still protected. Work will continue on this as supplies and weather come in. With rain down here it was snow up on the mountain so we took a little trip up there to check it out. On the way up we saw a huge moose with a huge rack along the road. It was amazing. The snow was pretty much like any other snow from any other year but the kids had fun showing Luke all the things you can do with snow--mainly throw it, eat it, roll it, sit on it, and make angels.
Luke is on his 4th cast--back to blue this week. He will have one more 1 week cast and then have his heel cord clipped and be in a cast for 3 weeks while that heals. So we have 5 1/2 weeks of casting left, and 2 more weeks of weekly trips to Spokane.
Ben and Amanda had today off from school today. I think Luke was happy. He still gets upset when they leave for school each day. In fact one day I took him in to change his diaper and the kids left while we were in there. He came out of his room and looked for them and then burst into tears. He calms down quickly but he does miss them. I often get the question "Where's Ben and Amanda?" throughout the day. He is learning the word "school" but I don't think he has a concept yet of what that is, although he knows where it is from picking them up each day.
